Tooltypes

   WB and CLI usage

 The following tooltypes are supported by AslPrefs when ran from WB:

 CREATEICONS = YES|NO   - default state of "Create Icons" checkmark will
                          be off.

 ACTION = USE|SAVE|EDIT - action to perform, as in usual preferences editor.


 The following parameters are supported by AslPrefs when launched from CLI:

 FROM                   - name of prefs file if you need to load other
                          than default one

 USE, SAVE, EDIT        - action, as in usual preferences editor.
